BDI-Laguna announces name change to ArchBrook Laguna
Name Change Benchmarks Company’s History and Signals Strategy of Strengthening Commitment to Customers, Industry
Carlstadt, NJ, January 24, 2008 — BDI-Laguna, a total solution provider supplying consumer electronics and computer products to the nation's most successful retailers, today announced it will be renamed to ArchBrook Laguna LLC. The new name coincides with the completion of a three-year capital investment program during which the company totally revamped its physical and technological infrastructure. It has made further investment in its human resources, attracting the “Best of Breed” across all functional areas. Finally, ArchBrook Laguna has converted to a more efficient corporate structure and will operate as a Limited Liability Company (LLC).
New brand identity launched
Emphasizing the strength, breadth and efficiency of the ArchBrook Laguna operations and capabilities, the company has unveiled a new corporate logo which will serve as the company's new brand identity. The name change recognizes the company’s long history incorporating elements from the two formerly independent operating companies and the business group that brought them together.
